This means that when you enter your credit card number into our secure order form and you press the Buy button, your information goes through a highly secure encryption process, which prevents any person on the Internet from seeing your information. Within just a few seconds, it reaches our credit card authorization server, is decrypted, and is quickly authorized without any human intervention. As surprising as it may seem, this process is considerably safer than turning your credit card over to, say, a waiter in a restaurant.

Pricing

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

In accordance with New York law, MUL-T-LOCK-Online.com collects sales tax only from New York residents, regardless of whether the order is from the internet, via telephone, or in person at our physical location. The current tax rate is 8.375%. Customers outside New York should remit the appropriate taxes to their local authorities.

For resellers, and tax-exempt entities who wish not to be charged New York sales tax please fax us a copy of your Resale or Exemption Certificate to 1-718-382-5583 - make a note in your on-line order that you will be faxing us the resale or exemption certificate. We must have the resale or exemption certificate prior to completing your sale, otherwise tax is non-refundable.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship online orders as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the same day*, or following business day. Special order items lead time will vary - please inquire. Various items may have a standard 1-2 day lead time before shipping. For UPS Ground delivery time information please see map below. APO/FPO shipments are usually delivered to the post office on the following business day, so add 1 business day to ship time. All lead times are quoted based on business shipping days, week days are not counted.

Shipping and handling for UPS deliveries may be calculated prior to placing your order simply by adding an item to your shopping cart, adjust quantities (if necessary), then click checkout and fill out all required forms. Our policy is not to add to the cost of shipping! We simply charge you, what the shipping company charges us.

* Shipping days are Monday-Friday. Orders received after 12:00pm eastern time may be shipped the following business day.

Returns

Please inspect package before receiving, if you notice a heavy damage as a result of bad handling in the shipping process, please tell the driver you refuse to accept the product because of the damage and contact us immediately at info@mul-t-lock-online.com.

All products from MUL-T-LOCK-Online.com are shipped brand new. If for any reason you received a defective or a damaged product, MUL-T-LOCK-Online.com will take it back and replace it at no cost to you. All other returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee plus the costs of any shipping involved. You must email us before you return any product to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Without an RMA we will not accept any returns. Keep in mind that any product you return unless its defective or damaged in shipping, must be un-opened in its original package. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. MUL-T-LOCK-Online.com will be glad to help you out if any problem arises.
