We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

In accordance with New York law, collects sales tax only from New York residents, regardless of whether the order is from the internet, via telephone, or in person at our physical location. The current tax rate is 8.875%. Customers outside New York should remit the appropriate taxes to their local authorities.

For resellers, and tax-exempt entities who wish not to be charged New York sales tax please fax us a copy of your Resale or Exemption Certificate to 1.718.382.5583 - make a note in your on-line order that you will be faxing us the resale or exemption certificate. We must have the resale or exemption certificate prior to completing your sale, otherwise tax is non-refundable.


We make every effort to ship online orders as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the same day*, or following business day. Special order items lead time will vary - please inquire. Various items may have a standard 1-2 day lead time before shipping. For UPS Ground delivery time information please see map below. APO/FPO shipments are usually delivered to the post office on the following business day, so add 1 business day to ship time. All lead times are quoted based on business shipping days, week days are not counted.

Shipping and handling for UPS deliveries may be calculated prior to placing your order simply by adding an item to your shopping cart, adjust quantities (if necessary), then click checkout and fill out all required forms. Our policy is not to add to the cost of shipping! We simply charge you, what the shipping company charges us.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. We cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any consequences arising from the shipping issues as package loss, delayed delivery, etc.

If you refuse or unable to accept a shipment from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to This amount and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

All products from are shipped brand new. If for any reason you received a defective or a damaged product, will take it back and replace it at no cost to you. All other returns will be subject to minimum 20% restocking fee plus the costs of any shipping involved. You must email us before you return any product to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Without an RMA we will not accept any returns. Keep in mind that any product you return unless its defective or damaged in shipping, must be un-opened in its original package.
